How to use it
Philobio can be added to fruit juices, cocoa drinks, milk, soya, rice or Almond milk, soups, salads, raw or cooked vegetables, etc. It can also be added to yoghurt or low-fat fromage frais with a dash of Lemon juice.
1 to 2 sachets a day at breakfast or lunch.
