How to use Parakeya by Easypara Immunity?
Take 1 capsule per day, away from meals – ideally 30 to 60 minutes before or 2 hours after eating. Swallow with a large glass of water to aid absorption.
For optimal iron, vitamin C and folate intake, follow this dosage consistently. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heat.
