How to use Biosana pH test strips?
For optimal results, test your urinary pH first thing in the morning before eating or drinking. Dip the strip into fresh urine for 1 second, ensuring you do not touch the reactive areas. Remove and immediately compare the colours to the provided scale. Record the nearest value (±0.2 pH). For reliable interpretation of your results, consult a healthcare professional. Dispose of the used strip in a bin after testing.
