Lca Pharmaceutical Phylarm Sterile Eye Solution is a sterile, isotonic medical device specially formulated to cleanse and soothe irritated eyes. This gentle eye care solution works through mechanical irrigation to remove impurities and quickly relieve discomfort, while maintaining the eye’s natural physiological balance.
Eye irrigation and particle removal
This ophthalmic wash effectively rinses the mucous membrane, helping to flush out foreign bodies, dust, environmental pollutants, and allergens. By aiding the drainage of conjunctival secretions, the solution actively reduces surface irritation and helps restore immediate visual comfort.
High tolerance and microbiological safety
Preservative-free, this rinsing solution ensures excellent ocular and skin tolerance, minimising the risk of adverse effects or allergic reactions—even for the most sensitive eyes. The convenient single-dose sterile packaging prevents bacterial contamination after opening, ensuring safe use for occasional or regular eye cleansing.
How to use it
How to use Lca Pharmaceutical Phylarm sterile eye solution?
Apply 2 to 8 times daily by gently pressing the bottle to spray the solution. For even distribution, pull the lower eyelid downwards (while looking up), then lift the upper eyelid (while looking down).
Ideal for hydrating the eyes, removing debris and relieving dryness. No rinsing required and safe for use with contact lenses.

Active ingredients (per 10 ml of ophthalmic solution):

| Sodium borate | 0.002 g |
| Boric acid | 0.027 |
Excipient: Purified water q.s. to 10 ml.
- As this solution contains no preservatives, Phylarm can be used even when wearing soft contact lenses.
- The volume used should be adjusted based on the severity of the eye condition being treated.
- After opening, the single-dose container must be used immediately and then discarded. It should not be kept for later use. To prevent contamination, wash your hands before use and avoid touching the tip of the container with your fingers or eye.
- If using multiple eye treatments, the effectiveness of eye drops or ointments may be reduced if administered at the same time as the eye irrigation solution. Allow 10 minutes between each eye application, and always start with Phylarm ophthalmic solution unless otherwise directed by your doctor.
- Do not exceed the use-by date indicated on the outer packaging.
- Store at room temperature.
- Phylarm ophthalmic solution does not contain any active ingredients that could result in a positive doping test.
