How to use Phyto Paris Phytophanere Hair and Nails?
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet per day in a glass of water (250 ml), ideally in the morning with breakfast. For optimal results, complete two 3-month courses each year: one in autumn and one in spring.
This supplement helps strengthen hair and nails. Remember to space out your courses to follow the seasonal rhythm.
