How to use it
Immediate action / In case of occasional need: Take 1 single-dose diluted with water or, better still, fruit juice, when needed, for a "boost" effect. Long-term action / In case of prolonged tiredness: Take 1 ampoule a day diluted with water or, better still, fruit juice, for at least a month, preferably in the morning with breakfast.
