How to use it
1 drop on neutral support, 3 to 5 times a day. Daily dose for 5 drops: 181 mg
Child: 1 drop 3 times a day on neutral support. Daily dose for 3 drops: 109 mg

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. To be taken in addition to a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use in children unless medical advice. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in people with a history of epilepsy and those who are hypersensitive to Essential Oils. Never take pure oral without support. Never take more than 2 drops per dose or more than 8 drops per day.
