How to use it
How to use Pranarôm True Lavender Essential Oil?
Dilute 2 drops 3 times daily in a neutral carrier (honey, sugar or vegetable oil). Ideal for oral or topical use when diluted.
For a relaxing effect, add 2 drops to a massage oil or diffuse for 5 minutes in a room. Avoid direct contact with undiluted oil on skin or mucous membranes.
