How to use it
From the first episode of cramps, take 4 capsules a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the evening) orally with a large glass of Water before or during meals. To prevent cramps from setting in, continue taking the capsules throughout the 3rd trimester. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Other tips and tricks: - Stay well hydrated by drinking at least 1.5 litres of water throughout the day - Exercise regularly in an appropriate way - Eat foods rich in Magnesium and calcium: bananas, vegetables, dried fruit, cereals, etc - Stretch the contracted muscle when a cramp occurs: stretching will be very painful at first, but the discomfort will soon disappear
