How to use it
1 orodispersible stick per day for adults to melt in the mouth. The orodispersible powder has the advantage of dissolving in the mouth, so it can be taken quickly and without water. It is also possible to dilute the contents in a glass of warm or cold water (200 ml) or in food (yoghurt, fromage frais, etc.) and swallow immediately.

Taking an orodispersible stick without Water does not dispense with the need to ensure adequate fluid intake adapted to individual needs. Not recommended for pregnant women, people with weakened immune systems or during milk feeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Should be used as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young Children. Green clay must be taken at least 2 hours before taking any medication.
