How to use Nutergia Ergyphilus Probiotic Immune Defence?
Take 2 to 3 capsules daily, ideally with a meal and a glass of cool or room-temperature water. To maintain effectiveness, store in the refrigerator (4°C) upon receipt. Keep away from moisture and out of reach of children.

"Ergyphilus Defence Probiotics are perfect for addressing intestinal imbalances, bolstering immunity, managing allergies, or during periods of winter ailments. A single capsule a day is enough for a child aged six. Once they reach ten, you can increase the dosage to two capsules daily.
If your child finds it hard to swallow capsules, you can open them and mix the powder into a semi-liquid, like apple sauce, to make it easier to ingest.
