The small intestine has three parts: the duodenum framing the head of the pancreas, jejunum folded on itself vertically and horizontally ileum, which opens into the cecum. Its role is food assimilatin. It reabsorbs selectively, depending on the needs of the body, food previously degraded in the upper digestive tract, as carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. These different elements are métariaux for the development of living matter. The small intestine provides the body sort fonctin, choice and therefore making. It is a selective choice to build. It has greater sensitivity to the summer season. Associated with the heart, small intestine is one of the five families of organs and meridians in relation to the sense of vision.
