How to use it

Internal use:

Adults: 20 drops 3 times a day in honey or water for a gargle.
Children: 5 to 10 drops diluted daily

External application:

on the skin for example: apply directly a few drops on the area concerned.
in a cosmetic preparation: 0.5 to 5%.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture, heat and light. Close the bottle well after use. Avoid contact with eyes. The product may stain clothes.
Propolis should not be consumed or used for cosmetic use by persons allergic to bee products. If in doubt, apply a drop of propolis on your forearm and wait to see if a possible reaction is triggered (itching, pimples).
