How to use Oemine P.S.O 1000?
Dilute 1 to 2 teaspoons daily in a cold or lukewarm drink (water, juice or smoothie). For best results, continue this intake for at least 2 to 3 months.
The natural odour, caused by the concentrated marine lecithin, is normal and does not affect effectiveness. Store the bottle away from heat and moisture.

OEMINE P.S.O. marine lecithin is extracted from the eggs of wild fish; it is the closest to human lecithin. The lecithin content in Oemine P.S.O. is consistent, as fish concentrate it in their eggs, making this the best source of active omega-3 phospholipids (EPA/DHA).
QUALITY GUARANTEE and manufacturing process This natural food supplement is produced using a patented extraction process to ensure its omega-3 phospholipid (EPA/DHA) content. Every batch of oil undergoes analysis to confirm that the lecithin complies with legislation on marine pollutants (pesticides, organochlorines, polycyclic hydrocarbons, dioxins and PCBs, heavy metals are below detection thresholds). This oil complies with EC Regulation No 466/2001 on dioxin levels in food products. It also meets the ISO-9001 international quality standard.
