PURASANA Super Food Ginger Powder Organic Farming 200g
Ginger comes from the rhizome of the ginger plant (Zingiber officinale) which, like turmeric and cardamom, belongs to the Zingiberaceae family.only the ginger root is used for consumption, both fresh and in powder form. As well as being a seasoning for many dishes, powdered ginger is also a delicious ingredient in pastries, desserts and smoothies. Ginger aids digestion and adds vitality. It has a positive effect on digestion and helps to keep the stomach calm.
Mix 1 g with 70-100 ml of lukewarm Water or mix 3 g with 200 ml of milk, soya or rice. Use in juices, smoothies, shakes and tea. In a tea: 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder for 70 to 100 ml of water heated to 80°C. In a shaker: 1 teaspoon of ginger powder for 300 ml of drink.
