Orally: Place 2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral tablet (or in a teaspoon of honey, vegetable oil, 1/4 of sugar). Do not use pure, without support, nor mixed with water.
Through the skin: Massage, face, hair and body care. 6 drops (for and adult) or 4 drops (for a child) of essential oil in 10ml of neutral oil. Do not use pure.
Bath: Mix 10 to 20 drops depending on the size of your bath, in one cap of neutral base for the shower and bath.
Foot or hand bath: Mix 6 drops of the essential oils in 1 teaspoon of neutral base.
Shower: Mix 3 drops of the essential oils in 1 cap of neutral base for an aromatic shower gel.
