Airway infections:
Swallow 2 drops on a neutral tablet, a teaspoon with olive oil or 1/4 sugar or honey, 2 to 3 times a day during 7 to 10 days, make sure to properly dilute the 2 drops in the chosen support as this essential oil is particularly strong!

Apply 1 drop of oregano diluted in 8 drops of vegetable oil (St-John's Wort if possible) and massage the chest up to the top of your back for 7 to 10 days.

Deep fatigue, physical, mental and nervous:
Swallow or apply - 2 drops on 1 teaspoon of olive oil, honey or 1/4 sugar, OR apply 1 drop (diluted in 3 drops of vegetable oil) on the solar plexus and 1 drop (even diluted) on the top of your back, 3 times a day for 3 weeks maximum. This essential oil is very powerful. Respect the recommended dosage. Especially, do not use it for a long time (never more than 3 consecutive weeks and do not take in excess.
