How to use it
2 capsules a day, to be swallowed with half a glass of Water during a meal.

Ingredients: Onion bulb extract (Allium cepa - 200 mg including 20 mg Quercetin), Nettle root extract (Urtica dioïca - 150 mg including 1.5 mg of Betasitosterol), Green Tea leaves (Cammellia sinensis - 150 mg including 60 mg of Polyphenols and 15 mg of Caffeine), Grapefruit seeds (Citrus paradisi - 150 mg including 50 mg of Bioflavonoids), Lithothamne calcareum powder - 200 mg), ascorbic acid (80 mg of Vitamin C i.e. 100% of the NRV*), manganese bisglycinate (2 mg of Manganese i.e. 100% of the NRV*). Capsule: gelatine of vegetable origin (HPMC).
