How to use it
How to use Aboca Energy?
Take 1 sachet per day for children under 6, and 2 sachets for adults and children over 6, ideally in the morning. Pour directly into your mouth or mix with a glass of water, juice or yoghurt.
Tip: its melt-in-the-mouth texture allows for quick consumption, even without a drink. Regular use helps support your daily vitality.
