Apply every 3 days using the included applicator, ideally in the morning. Insert deeply while sitting or lying down, then press to release the gel. Wait 2 hours before sexual intercourse.
For single-dose use: shake the applicator, snap off the tip by hand (no tools needed), then insert. If experiencing intense dryness, use more frequently. The applicator automatically dispenses the correct amount.
