Saugella Poligyn 50+ intensive hydration vaginal pessaries are a medical device designed to relieve vaginal dryness and associated discomfort. Hormone-free, they are particularly suitable when these symptoms occur during the menopause, after childbirth or in certain medical situations.
Targeted hydration and soothing
Saugella Poligyn 50+ intensive hydration vaginal pessaries combine glycerides, hyaluronic acid and Aloe vera extract. This formula provides local hydration and helps soothe irritation, burning sensations and dyspareunia, meaning pain experienced during sexual intercourse. On contact with the vaginal mucosa, each pessary forms an adherent protective film. This helps restore hydration and maintain comfort when vaginal dryness occurs.
Simple, hormone-free use
The recommended dosage is one pessary daily for seven days. For ongoing use, this can be reduced to one pessary every three days or adapted on the advice of a healthcare professional. For intravaginal use only, the formula is hormone-free and fragrance-free. Read the leaflet carefully before use and do not use the product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. How to use it
How should Saugella Poligyn be used?
Wash your hands thoroughly, then remove one pessary from its packaging. Insert it deep into the vagina at bedtime. For intensive treatment, use one pessary daily for 7 days. For maintenance, use one pessary every 3 days, or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist.
For intravaginal use only. Do not swallow or use if you are allergic to any ingredient or if the packaging is damaged. Store below 25 °C.

Composition: Hyaluronic acid (sodium salt), vitamin E, vitamin A, lipophilic Aloe Vera extract, semi-synthetic glycerides
Avoid contact with the eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat, at a temperature below 25 °C. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging. The expiry date applies to the product when stored under suitable conditions. Do not use if the packaging is open or damaged. Do not use on a mucous membrane with lesions. Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients. Consult a doctor if using during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Report any suspected serious incident related to this product to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State where the user is established; this is important for the ongoing monitoring of the product’s benefit - risk balance.
