In case of inflammation of the colon, chronic constipation, abdominal Pains and heart problems. Plants should be used with caution in children under 12 and during pregnancy and milk feeding.

How to use it

Herbal Teas:
Pour boiling water over the part of the plant used. Leave in contact for 10 to 15 minutes, then filter.
This process is suitable for most flowers, leaves and other fragile parts.

Decoction:
Keep the plant in contact with water for 15 to 30 minutes. Filter.

Maceration:
Keep the plant in contact with water at around 25°C for 30 minutes. Stir from time to time. Filter.

These two processes are suitable for most roots, rhizomes and barks.

Herbal Teas and decoctions should be prepared as and when required.
