How to use Elmex Sensitive Alcohol-Free Mouthwash?
Use twice daily after brushing. Pour 20 ml (fill the measuring cap) and rinse your mouth for 30 seconds. Spit out without rinsing with water to extend the protective effect.
This alcohol-free mouthwash is gentle on sensitive gums. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use.
