Physiological serum is an essential for your family pharmacy kit. Made of purified water and 0.9% sodium chloride (salt). Thanks to its isotonic composition, well tolerated by human body cells. This multi-purpose, physiological saline solution is recommended for ears, eyes and nose's daily hygiene. Adapted for babies, children and adults. Prevents nasal congestion and respiratory tract infection. Also suitable for wound washing.

How to use it
Physiodose is recommended for babies, children and adults for the following: To keep your eyes and nose clean. To rinse your ears. To clean wounds. To use as a solvent for inhalation.
Keeping your eyes and nose clean Physiodose can be used to clean your eyes and nose up to 6 times a day, depending on your needs. Do not use the same single-dose container on your nose and your eyes.
Keeping your nose clean You can irrigate or rinse your nose when it is dry or blocked. Instructions for use: Lean your head back. Insert the tip of the single-dose container in your nostril and gently squeeze it. Repeat in the other nostril. Straighten your head to let everything drain and wipe away any excess. Do not blow your nose too intensely for 10 minutes after doing this. In babies, make sure to squeeze the container as gently as possible to ensure the liquid does not reach their inner ear.
Keeping your eyes clean You can irrigate or rinse your eyes. If you are taking eye-drops, make sure you use them at least 15 minutes before or after using the saline solution.
