The natural process of total extraction and concentration of beta 1-3 and beta 1-6 polysaccharides naturally associated with the other nutrients of this precious traditional mushroom has enabled HOLISTICA®, for 25 years, to be the first French laboratory, forerunner and specialist in this field, to offer such a quintessence of this Shii-ta-ké mushroom. More than a dozen different origins were studied before selecting the strain with the best polysaccharide content.
Several strains intended mainly for gastronomic use of this mushroom have quite variable characteristics, not always allowing the desired standardisation in alpha and beta polysaccharides. The development of the first shii-ta-ké extract, the authentic SHII-TA-KER HOLISTICA® formula, made this product the reference precursor of myco-nutrition in Europe and North America from the early 1990s.

How to use it
One capsule in the morning and one capsule before lunch. Avoid using after 4pm. To be taken as a course of treatment in the event of overactivity or during the cold season.
