From 3 to 4 years: 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, once a day for a week. From 5 to 9 years: 1.5 measuring spoons of 5 ml, once a day (i.e. 7.5 ml) for one week. 10 years and Plus: 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 15 ml) for one week. Take the last dose before going to bed.
