OptiMSM®, vitamin C and structural nutrients

At the heart of the formula, OptiMSM® (MethylSulfonylMethane) provides 1000 mg of high-quality organic sulphur per 2 tablets. This sulphur combines with vitamin C and two key amino acids, lysine and proline, which contribute to the structure of connective tissues. Together, they support normal collagen formation for skin health and help maintain a more even skin texture as part of a varied, balanced diet.

A beauty-from-within approach for hair, nails and skin

For healthier hair and nails, the formula also includes zinc, which helps maintain normal skin, nails and hair.
