OptiMSM®, vitamin C and structural nutrients
At the heart of the formula, OptiMSM® (MethylSulfonylMethane) provides 1000 mg of high-quality organic sulphur per 2 tablets. This sulphur combines with vitamin C and two key amino acids, lysine and proline, which contribute to the structure of connective tissues. Together, they support normal collagen formation for skin health and help maintain a more even skin texture as part of a varied, balanced diet.
A beauty-from-within approach for hair, nails and skin
For healthier hair and nails, the formula also includes zinc, which helps maintain normal skin, nails and hair. Copper supports normal hair and skin pigmentation, helping preserve hair’s natural shine. How to use it
How to take Solgar Skin, Nails & Hair tablets?
Take 2 tablets daily, preferably with a meal for better absorption. Swallow whole with a glass of water—do not chew. Follow this dosage for optimal nutrient intake.
For visible improvements in hair and nail vitality, we recommend taking this supplement regularly over several weeks.
