Gilbert sodium bicarbonate supports oral hygiene with its mildly abrasive cleansing action. Used sparingly, it helps remove surface stains on teeth caused by certain drinks, foods or tobacco.
Helps with surface stains
Fine bicarbonate particles help clean the enamel and preserve its natural shine. The product also helps regulate acidity in the mouth, but does not replace daily brushing with a suitable toothpaste.
Use with care
The 250 mg format is intended for occasional use as part of your oral care routine. Using it too often or brushing too firmly may weaken tooth surfaces and irritate the gums. If you experience sensitivity, have persistent stains or are unsure how often to use it, ask a dentist for advice.

How to use it
How to use Gilbert Sodium bicarbonate?
For good oral hygiene, place a small amount of powder directly onto a damp toothbrush, then brush your teeth for 3 minutes as you would with your usual toothpaste. You can also use it as a mouthwash by dissolving a teaspoon of bicarbonate in a glass of warm water.
To protect your tooth enamel, use it no more than once a week.
