How to use it
1 - Place 3 doses of care in the palm of your hand 2 - Spread the product on the tips of your fingers 3 - Join hands 4 - Start your meditation session 5 - Close your eyes, breathe slowly, and focus on yourself 6- With both hands, symmetrically apply the product by massaging from the inside to the outside: First gently apply the product on your upper and lower eyelid before going back to the forehead. Then go down on the wings of the nose, and spread the product on your cheeks. Finally, bring both hands back to your chin.
