How to use it
For adults, take two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Another great Solgar blend!I'm yet to discover the longer term benefits of this particular supplement but I'm so impressed with Solgar products so far that I'm currently in the process of transferring all of my supplement needs to Solgar products!
These particular supplements don't smell great and they definitely taste a little less pleasant than the previous version I had been buying, but it's nothing major. The benefits of all of the extra ingredients in Solgar's supplement blend surely outweighs any minor taste issues.
