Uriage’s Xémose C8+ Soothing Cleansing Oil gently cleanses and soothes very dry, atopy-prone skin from the very first shower, making it ideal for the whole family in a 1 l format.

This cleansing oil works on the three skin barriers often compromised in atopic skin: the microbiome barrier, the physical barrier and the immune barrier.
Eight ceramides and two exclusive Uriage patents
Formulated with 8 biomimetic ceramides and relipidating shea butter, this oil supports the physical barrier for nourished, protected skin. It helps maintain the microbiome balance, limits the presence of S. aureus and reduces itching and tingling sensations. Thanks to the exclusive TLR2-Regul and Chronoxine patents, it helps limit inflammation and provides long-lasting soothing relief. Highly tolerated, it cleanses skin gently.

How to use it
How to use Uriage Xémose C8+ Soothing Cleansing Oil?
To cleanse and instantly soothe your skin, start by showering with lukewarm water. Then, apply a pea-sized amount of this anti-itch cleansing oil to your entire body or face, ensuring your skin is already wet. Gently massage to create a light, silky gel-to-oil lather, then rinse thoroughly.
After cleansing, pat your skin dry carefully with a clean towel—never rub—to help protect the skin barrier from irritation. This highly tolerant, fragrance-free formula is ideal for daily use by the whole family and is perfectly suited for newborns as well as very dry or atopic-prone skin.
