Apply a generous amount to dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Ensure full coverage of face and body (for example, use two finger-lengths of product per arm). Reapply every 2 hours, and after swimming, sweating or towelling dry. For optimal protection, avoid intense sunlight between 12 pm and 4 pm.
Tip: Shake the bottle well before use to ensure an even texture.

Apply sunscreen before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or towelling off. Apply generously – reducing the amount will significantly lower the level of protection. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even when using sunscreen. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. Overexposure to the sun is a serious health risk. Avoid the hottest hours between 11am and 4pm. Use protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.). Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
