How to use it
As a cure, in culinary recipes or in Cosmetics recipes as a Face and Hair Masks.
Les Experts recommend consuming between 2 and 4 grams (i.e. between 4 and 8 tablets) of Spirulina a day. Ideally, you should start the treatment with 2 tablets a day for a week, then gradually increase to 8 tablets a day.
