How to use it
1 capsule a day for 2 cycles (2 months). From the 3rd month: 1 capsule a day during the period of premenstrual discomfort. Food Supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and cannot be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.

Capsule of plant origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
