The SPORT RECUPERATION complex combines Organic Maltodextrin (guaranteed GMO-free and gluten-free) with a unique synergy of 4 organic plant active ingredients: Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus), Blackcurrant and Ash buds and dried Morello cherry juice extract, which energise and strengthen the body and support the elimination of toxins.
Ideal for supporting the body during the recovery phase after exercise, this powder has been specially formulated to rapidly recharge glycogen stocks used during physical effort (maltodextrin is a high GI carbohydrate). It can be taken during and after exercise.
Ginseng, also known as Eleutherococcus, is a recognised adaptogen. As a "superior tonic", it has an energising action, helping to produce more energy and strengthen the Body. It supports the body during Recovery and promotes good physical and mental performance.
Our organic buds are hand-harvested in France (Occitanie, Auvergne, Rhône-Alpes). The Concentrated Glycerine Macerate of buds guarantees a high content of active plant ingredients, and in its dry form it is alcohol-free. Blackcurrant bud helps strengthen the body, promotes joint comfort and supports the body's circulation and elimination functions. Ash bud promotes joint comfort and has a draining action.
We recommend 1 measuring spoon (graduated at 8 - 4g), to be diluted in water and drunk during and after exercise. Each jar of Sport RECUPERATION complex is equivalent to 30 measuring spoons.
