How to use it
1 to 2 sprays per nostril up to 4 times a day. Blow your nose before spraying. Spray the solution into each nostril in rapid, energetic bursts while breathing in deeply and keeping your head upright. After spraying, breathe in deeply with your mouth closed, while pressing lightly with your index finger on the other nostril to ensure that the solution is distributed throughout the nasal mucosa. After use, rinse the nozzle with lukewarm water and dry with a tissue.
