How to use it
For nasal use.
Use as soon as the first symptoms of Allegy rhinitis appear.
2 sprays in each nostril, up to 6 times a day.
Blow your nose. Remove the protective cap. When using for the first time, make one to three priming sprays, with the bottle upright and the nozzle facing upwards. With the bottle held vertically, insert the nozzle into the nostril, with the head slightly tilted towards the side of the nostril to be sprayed. Spray 2 times, breathing in gently. Repeat the operation in the other nostril. Leave the solution to work for a few minutes, without blowing your nose. Allow excess solution to drain away. Dry and blow your nose if necessary. Clean the nozzle with hot Water, then wipe dry before replacing the protective cap.
