How to use it
How to use Sterimar?
Use 2 to 6 sprays per day in each nostril. For hygiene, keep your head upright and spray 1 to 2 times. For a deep cleanse, tilt your head and spray for 2–3 seconds. Allow to drain, then blow your nose.
Clean the nozzle with hot water after each use.
