How to use Oenobiol Sun Expert?
Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal. Begin the course 1 month before sun exposure and continue throughout the duration of your time in the sun.
This supplement helps prepare your skin, but does not replace sunscreen. Always apply a suitable sun protection product for your skin type to prevent sunburn.
