How to use Saugella CottonTouch tampons?
Change your tampon every 4 to 6 hours to maintain hygiene and comfort. Insert gently, following the instructions on the packaging. Choose the absorbency level that matches your needs (Super in this case).
Always wash your hands before and after use. Avoid wearing overnight—opt for external protection (such as a pad) instead.

Ingredients: Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis, Coco-Caprilate, Paraffinum Liquidum, Thymus Vulgaris Oil, Sorbeth-2 Hexaoleate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Prunus Armeniaca Kernel Oil, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract.
The enclosed leaflet contains instructions for tampon use. It also includes important information about Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a serious and potentially life-threatening condition associated with tampon use. Please read and remember these details. On average, tampons should be changed every 4 hours (with a maximum wear time of 6 hours).
