The psyllium is grown outdoors, harvested, sorted and shelled, to recover the seed coat, which is then cleaned.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of your doctor. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Not recommended for gastrointestinal diseases or disorders and diabetes. Not recommended in case of swallowing problem, in case of bed rest or in the absence of an adequate quantity of liquid during the ingestion of this product because of the risk of suffocation. Not recommended if allergic to Psyllium.
Do not administer concomitantly with drugs. At least two hours must be allowed between taking this product and the medication.
It is recommended to respect the recommended doses, to ensure a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of young children.
How to use it
Shake the bag.
Take 1 to 2 teaspoons a day (about 2.9 to 5.8g / day) in two shots. Per shot: dilute 1 teaspoon (about 2.9 g) in a large glass of water, mix well and consume the mixture immediately.
To finalize the absorption of the product, rinse the glass well with water and drink this second glass of water.
It is important to drink plenty of water while taking the product.
