How to use it
WHO? Adults and adolescents aged Plus 10 years (see precautions for use). HOW? With a meal and a large glass of Water. For adults, 2 capsules per day, preferably 1 capsule in the morning and evening. For adolescents aged Plus 10, 1 capsule a day.
