DHA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid from the omega 3 family. It is found in fish oils from cold seas. It helps maintain normal vision; the beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 250 mg of DHA. Lutein and xeeaxanthin are natural pigments, not synthesised by the body. Zinc and vitamins C and E help protect cells against oxidative stress. Zinc also helps maintain normal vision.

How to use it
1 capsule daily, to be taken in the middle of a meal with some water.
