What is SVR Xérial 30 Anti-Roughness Cream used for?
This rich urea-based cream is specially designed to smooth and soften rough, dry areas such as the feet, elbows, knees or hands. Begin by applying Xérial 30 Cream twice a day for two to three weeks on the thickest areas, such as elbows, knees, and hands. As the skin softens, move on to Xérial 10 Cream, used once or twice daily, to continue the smoothing and hydrating process. Once you notice significant improvements, maintain these results with Xérial 5 Cream, applied daily or every other day.
Resist the urge to scratch itchy areas to avoid inflammation and scarring. Also, avoid vigorously scrubbing at small bumps as it might exacerbate the condition. If you're spending time in strong sunlight, such as at the beach or mountains, ensure you apply a suitable sunscreen. Sun exposure can worsen rough patches and make skin more sensitive, particularly when using exfoliating products with urea. This step-by-step protocol provides effective, gradual treatment and helps prevent the recurrence of rough skin."
