The flexible SyntholKiné Self-Heating Patch uses the principle of thermotherapy (care through heat) to relieve muscular Pains in the neck, lower back and lower abdomen. It contains heating agents (iron, charcoal, water, etc.) which, when in contact with the air, diffuse a pleasant, well-tolerated heat for 12 hours, 8 of which are maintained at a constant temperature. It helps relieve muscular tension and fatigue, as well as cramp. It soothes the pain caused by arthritis and effectively relieves menstrual Pains.

How to use it
Wash and dry the painful area. Do not open the patch until you are ready to apply it. Remove the protective film from the patch and place the patch on the painful area, making sure that the entire surface adheres to the skin. It may take up to 30 minutes for the patch to reach its maximum temperature. Wear the patch for a maximum of 12 hours. If used for menstrual Pains, place the patch on clothing, not directly on the skin.
Compositions & ingredients
The composition may be subject to variations, so we advise you to always check the list on the purchased product.
Composition: Iron powder, Water, Active Charcoal, hydroabsorbent polymer, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium chloride, sodium sulphite, vermiculite, wood powder.
This product may cause blisters and skin burns. Do not use if :
-if the cells are leaking and/or the patch is damaged - in combination with other topical medicines or other sources of heat - on damaged skin - on parts of the body that are not sensitive to heat - on bruises or swellings that are less than 48 hours old - on people who cannot remove the product themselves without outside help or who are unable to follow all the precautions for use, including children and certain elderly people - in Children under the age of 12 - for more than 8 hours a day.
Keep out of the reach of children. Check your skin frequently. In the event of irritation or burns, remove the patch immediately. The risk of burns increases with age. If you are 55 or over, wear the patch over clothing and do not use it while you sleep. Consult your doctor before use if you have diabetes, circulatory problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or if you are pregnant. Each cell contains iron (approximately 2 g). If swallowed, contact a doctor immediately. In the event of contact with the skin or eyes, remove the patch, rinse the affected area with water and contact a doctor immediately.
Helps relieve muscular tension and stiffness or minor trauma, depending on whether it is hot (thermotherapy) or cold (cryotherapy).
