How to use it
Before 5 years old: 1 teaspoon 1-2 times a day, preferably in the morning. After 5 years old: 2 teaspoons 1-2 times a day preferably in the morning. Consume 30-day program for maximum efficiency. Renew several times in the year if necessary.
