TAMPAX Compak tampons have a smooth plastic applicator half the length of a traditional TAMPAX tampon applicator, so twice as discreet.
They result from a unique combination of benefits:
1. A V-shaped opening that expands slightly to fit the shape of your body.
2. An integrated anti-leakage skirt that helps prevent leakage
3. Absorption channels to absorb the rulers at the upper end of the tampon and hold them indoors
You feel clean, fresh and free of your movements.
* Wear the tampon for up to 8 hours.

How to use it
Always use tampons with the minimum absorption appropriate to your flow.
Change tampon every 4 to 6 hours.
If you need to change it more often, opt for more absorption.
On the other hand, if you find that your tampon is unpleasant to remove because it is partially dry, try a lower absorption.
Make sure you have removed the last tampon before inserting another.
Always remember to remove your last tampon at the end of your period.
The tampons are designed for the periods only.
Never use a tampon in anticipation of your periods or for white discharge.
