Ingredients: Spirulina powder (spirulina plantensis, sulphites), vegetable capsule (HPMC), dipossatic glucosamine sulphate (crustaceans), gingseng powder (Panax gingseng Meyer), iron citrate, zinc citrate, selenium-enriched yeast, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), vitamin E (D-Alpha-tocopherol acetates), extract of horsetail (equisetum arvense) titrated in silica.
