How to use it
How to use Tensosport Tensoplast®?
Apply this elastic adhesive plaster to clean, dry skin, stretching it slightly for optimal support. Ideal for joints, muscles or tendons, it provides firm yet comfortable support without excessive compression. For dressings, use as a secondary fixation.
Replace as needed depending on use (sport, recovery, support). Remove gently by pulling parallel to the skin to minimise irritation.
