How to use it
How to use Tensosport Tensospray®?
Hold the bottle 5–10 cm away from the skin and spray in short, successive bursts. Move the bottle regularly to ensure even coverage of the area you wish to protect. Avoid prolonged spraying for the best results.
Ideal for use before sports or activities involving repeated friction. Allow 1 minute to dry before putting on clothing or equipment.
